New Kratom regulation from November 8, 2025: what is changing and what does it mean for customers?

Note: All texts below are solely my interpretation of the laws and information that have reached me. The situation is evolving, and lawmakers and authorities themselves do not know for sure.
It is all insanely confusing. So, of course, some of what I am claiming now may change (like the age 18+ suddenly changing to 21+), or I might understand it wrong, or the behind-the-scenes information is misleading. I am not a lawyer or a legal expert. I am just trying to pass on to YOU the comprehensive information that I happen to have at the moment. So take it with a grain of salt and form your own opinion after researching and reading various information sources, especially the source regulations and laws.

FINALLY! In Brno, we managed to reopen our brick-and-mortar store at Kamenná 1. We are open as usual Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM. According to the latest information, online sales are completely banned. Although several vendors bought an online sales license for 200,000 CZK, they cannot start selling via an e-shop. Why? The PML (Addictive Substances Act) mandates the collection of the full ID card number upon delivery of a package containing kratom. GDPR only permits the collection of the last four digits. Therefore, until one of the aforementioned laws is amended (GDPR certainly will not be, PML perhaps sometime in the future, whether at all this year, we do not know), online sales remain practically impossible and banned. There is nothing left to do but rely on local specialized licensed PML brick-and-mortar stores.

After 18 days of waiting, I finally he obtained a license for handling nuclear materials. There was no problem, they just didn't want to deal with it any sooner. So I have a license for 20,000 CZK for the 20 days until the end of the year. Of course, that means only one thing. As of today, I am finally not a criminal. Nothing else comes of it. I am slowly starting to discuss the next steps with a potential competitor's manufacturing facility. How to legally get kratom to them for the production of 50g pouches. Of course, I have to get in line, and when my turn comes, it first has to be mixed, sent to the lab, and then we will wait for the results again who knows how long... because I have to get in line again. There is only one lab at UCT. Back in the days of voluntary self-regulation by a few vendors, their testing sometimes took up to 3 months (they're going to be totally flooded now, honestly I can't even imagine). 😍

Yesterday, I had a phone call with a gentleman from the Ministry of Health (MoH). I inquired about several things. Among the most important:

Current “sell-out” until January 8, 2026. A practically impossible situation. It is therefore recommended to sell directly in 100% regulation mode. It is possible to continue selling products placed on the market before November 7 (the decree on kratom as an NMP), but they must meet the requirements of the NMP law from January 1, 2025. This law mandates that health warnings and other things must be on the bags. The problem is that products before November 7 legally could only have “COLLECTIBLE ITEM” on the bag. I thought of covering it with a sticker... but the CAFPI might not like that, because if it was prepared before November 7, then it has "collectible item" on it, nothing about consumption. And if it has a health warning regarding consumption, then it could not have been legally placed on the market before November 7, 2025.

2. Age. As of January 1, 2026, an amendment to the Criminal Code comes into effect, which states the following: ”An individual commits an offense by allowing an unauthorized person under the age of 21 to consume an addictive, psychomodulatory, or classified psychoactive substance.” - Act No. 270/2025 Coll.
Another vendor claimed (allegedly told by people from the Ministry of Health) that even the decree on nicotine pouches and similar products (PML) will be rewritten to 21+ because they botched it and the ministries failed to coordinate with each other. Yesterday, however, I was told that nothing will be rewritten in the end. Although the law states that a natural person must not allow the unauthorized use of PML to a person under 21, supposedly this does not apply to authorized sales. It was explained to me like this: I, as a vendor, can sell to a person aged 18–21, but if a friend aged 21+ gives a little bit of kratom to another friend who is 20 years old, it is an offense. Even though that second 20-year-old friend can buy PML themselves 😂

The Police of the Czech Republic and customs officers have received instructions and the hunt is beginning for people who have more than a small amount of marshland without a license (no weight is specified by law).

New: starting January 1, 2026, it will only be possible to sell kratom to people aged 21 and older… Total confusion, the whole PML law has counted on 18+ until now and now they are changing it to 21 years. Vendors have already started preparing pouches where it was mandated by law to write 18+. Probably the whole thing will have to be redone. So for some proactive vendors, this is a matter of easily thousands or tens to hundreds of thousands of pouches that will now be unusable because the state is creating chaos...

Some sellers continue selling because they are convinced that having a license is sufficient until January 8. This constitutes illegal sales. Since November 12, the regulation is in full effect. Therefore, in addition to a license, it is necessary to comply with all strict rules, including packaging in a “pharmacy-grade” production facility, a maximum of 50g, no volume discounts, and extreme testing. Legal sales in stores will begin in January at the earliest, more likely February or March.

What is the current kratom situation?

We are waiting for the business license. Selling off remaining products under the old regime is not possible, so even if I get the license next week, I cannot sell. However, I still need the license because storage is illegal without it (extortion money). Sales will continue only after someone sets up a production facility on par with the pharmaceutical industry (properly like a drug manufacturing plant, I heard there even has to be a guarantee from some doctor, supposedly).

Then I will deliver the goods to this entity and pay them several hundred thousand for mixing it and having it tested (another x weeks or months of waiting). If it passes, then bag it and deliver it back (I don't know how the transport will be handled when no one has a license for B2B transport yet). And then we can start selling. Provided that we also meet all the other extreme rules.

Expected start of sales in the store? UNKNOWN. My sober estimate is February or March. Maybe never, though.

The government decree stipulating the obligation to have a sales license will be issued by November 13, 2025, at the latest. It is written in black and white below – a direct response from the Ministry of Health to an inquiry by one of the vendors. The question is when it will take effect. The decree on PML took effect the following day. Vendors in close contact with lawmakers maintain the same: the regulation will take effect the day after the decree is issued.

However, I couldn't find any information about the deadline the Ministry of Health has to issue a license after submitting an application. And most importantly, the license is valid for the calendar year. So if I apply on November 11th and get it on December 11th (say, a 30-day deadline), then in the meantime there will be a sales ban And my license is still only valid until the end of December anyway. So, really a week until the holidays. It is possible, however, that we will wait for the license for several months as well, nobody knows.

To extend the license from January 2026 onwards, I have to pay the license fee again. I would like to remind you of the minimum license fee prices: a brick-and-mortar store costs 20,000 CZK and is mandatory, and one e-shop costs 200,000 CZK. If I want to manufacture products myself, I need to set up a production facility (impossible for me, an investment of 2 to 3 million CZK according to their rules) and pay another 200,000 CZK fee. Plus import and distribution (B2B) for another 200,000 CZK. So if I wanted to have everything set up, I would pay 620,000 CZK in November and another 620,000 CZK in January…

Given this, I have decided to apply only for the brick-and-mortar store license for 20,000 CZK and am temporarily suspending the online sale of shorts because I cannot afford it (there are more hidden major costs and, above all, I have no idea whether I will get the license and how the sales themselves will or won't work—it's a huge risk). So currently it looks like Through the e-shop, it is possible to order on CLEMENTS-STORE.CZ only until November 11th +- a few days. The sale of the swamp in the shop will work either from January, or when/if I get the license. I don't know anything more current right now... I'm lost in it.

7. 11. 2025

Probably on November 11, 2025, the government will issue a decree banning the sale of kratom without a license starting November 12. And since no one has a license yet (or we don't know about it yet), this will practically lead to TEMPORARY BAN. Read UPDATE 2 – we have it in black and white. So if you don't have a supply and need kratom due to, for example, health issues, I recommend buying in advance at the current discounted price. It is quite possible that at least until January, maybe even longer, kratom will completely stop being sold. I hope this won't happen, but I want to give you this information and the opportunity to decide according to yourselves and your needs. I will keep you informed..

Maybe I missed something and you will find it in the text below, or maybe not even there... Feel free to write to me if anything essential is missing or wrong here. I will gladly fix it. I am already dead tired, it is five in the morning. I spent almost 10 hours working on this article through the night because I discovered the decree on Friday evening. The motivation was that many sellers started scaring people that a temporary ban on kratom would come on November 12, 2025, and I couldn't believe it. No one was able to give me a source for this information and they kept claiming that it would be 100% like that. I wanted to get to the bottom of it and thanks to that, I was actually the very first to find the decree and publish the information for ČSAK and other associated sellers.

🔹 Introduction (filled with personal history and plenty of strong opinions)

From November 8, 2025 a new one comes into effect Decree No. 448/2025 Coll. Ministry of Health (MZ), which brings fundamental changes to the sale, labeling, and packaging of so-called. psychomodulatory substances – and therefore also kratom and products thereof. Currently, only kratom falls under this regulation and no other substances. The aim of the decree, according to the Ministry of Health, is tset clear rules for safe sales and consumer awareness. It is a nice idea, but the reality is a little different. Let's take a look at it together. Before we dive into the rules themselves, I want to comment on it., the owner of the Clement’s Store, Jaroslav Klement.

Kratom is a very personal topic for me. I have been using kratom for almost 12 years, of which over 5 years have been for medicinal purposes. instead of conventional medicines. For its regulation (and mainly therefore against the ban) I have been fiercely fighting since 2021, when it was almost banned just like in Slovakia. I became member and Verified Seller complying with the Code of Ethics ČSAK – Czech-Slovak Kratom Association. For those who don't know what that means, it is basically strict self-regulation where, in addition to testing samples and complying with ethical sales rules, I also invested a lot of money in the fight against the kratom ban in the Czech Republic through membership fees – 7,000 CZK per month.

I also collaborated with other organizations focused on regulatory efforts in the EU and globally, such as EKA European Kratom Alliance, AKA (American Kratom Association) or Appuri (Indonesian Kratom Farmers Association). I personally went to see first world conference focused on kratom in Phuket, Thailand in August 2023, but I also participated in various government conferences in the Czech Republic and various discussion panels, press conferences, and other associated events.

In the spring of 2023, I visited central and western Borneo and all my partner farmers in the villages of Jongkong and Putussibau in the middle of the Borneo jungle, and my suppliers in Pontianak, from whom I have been sourcing kratom for many years. During my visit, I carried out an inspection and made a few necessary adjustments and improvements to all processes at the farms during harvesting and processing, to ensure it meets not only European hygienic and qualitative standard, but also ethical rules, that we set for ourselves at CSAK and that are very important to me personally. Certainly, all this effort was not perfect, but I can still say with a clear conscience that I achieved a product quality better than at least 95% of the market in the Czech Republic.

For four years, together with a few other responsible vendors in the CSAK, we tried to reach this point where kratom will not be on the gray market, but it will finally be a legitimate product and there will be clear rules for its sale –no candy, vending machines, Vietnamese corner shops, fruit powders, and other products appealing to children. Mandatory testing, age verification, and above all, harm reduction – the option to alert clients to potential risks and give them instructions for use. Simply put, so that Kratom helped people and caused as little harm as possible. Because like any tool, it can harm or assist – it depends on the user.

What is my opinion on the current situation over the last few months, though? An overregulated, bureaucratic, monopolizing disaster. I am glad there was no ban, but current regulation is inefficient, unfair, and above all, will do completely unnecessary harm... to sellers, users, and also planet Earth. We tried to explain this to lawmakers and give them feedback, but they don't want to discuss it. Especially when you don't come to them with money. Yes, there is corruption here too… I saw it live several times and honestly it makes me feel sick.

The decree was today, November 7, 2025. (at the time of writing this introduction) quietly and practically in secret uploaded to collections of laws. No public statement, press conference or report Data boxes for sellers or at least a heads-up for the ČSAK didn't happen. Even though for all those four years we intensively negotiated not only with lawmakers, but also with disobedient sellers and especially the public, and tried to eliminate risks on the market. And there were successes too – we got rid of xx vending machines in public spaces and pressured “bad” sellers to stop selling tempting products to children and to end other unethical activities that provoke public unrest in the media.

Nothing. It isn't even classically published in the Collection of Laws yet. They supposedly have 30 days to list it there. You can only find the decree itself by clicking “Download” and then “Legally binding wording of the legal act in PDF”. Very difficult to track down for someone who is not a lawyer, has never looked for it, and doesn't know their way around it, but still. Validity? The day after publication, i.e., on the release date of this article: November 8, 2025.

The whole regulatory process strikes me as extremely unprofessional and downright shady. This is my personal opinion. It all feels to me as if we don't even live in Europe, but in some developing country in Africa. This is about targeted effort to liquidate smaller Czech entrepreneurs, so that it is not necessary to check a larger number of entities. Czech micro-enterprises will replace international corporations.. They will be like that extreme rules, that most existing sellers will blow it off and it will at least make the experience worse for customers.

It will prevent some from making a purchase, as strict rules and high license fees will be reflected in the final price and purchase conditions. The price will rise. And that worries me mainly because of financially vulnerable customers. It often involves disabled and sick patients, which conventional medicine unfortunately cannot offer a better alternative to. I am speaking from my own experience – I myself switched from 4 pills from the pharmacy with a lot of health impacts to green powder. Until now, kratom has been affordable for everyone necessary and I am afraid that this will change significantly. The state does not use taxes on legal poisons like cigarettes and booze for harm reduction and prevention at all, but it sets senselessly high license fees for sellers of green “tea” and suddenly it is for the good of the people. Hypocrisy and unfairness, that is what I see.

Practically no freely available product on the Czech market has such strict rules.. It is a combination of rules for alcohol, sex shops, cigarettes, weapons, and fentanyl. Kratom is becoming the most strictly unregulated controlled product in the Czech Republic, and everyone will notice the impact. Many of the individual rules are, of course, correct, and I am glad for them—we fought for them for years—but then there are those that make absolutely no sense. So let's take a look at it. Enough talk, time for facts.

🔹 What are psychomodulatory substances?

Psychomodulatory substances are products that contain natural or synthetic psychomodulatory (psychoactive) ingredients, acting on the human psyche. They are not medicines, foods, or illegal narcotic and psychotropic substances (legally designated by the abbreviation NPS). Currently, these substances include only kratom and its extracts – and the new rules apply precisely to them.

🔹 Since when do the new rules apply?

Decree it entered into force on November 8, 2025, but a two-month transition period continues to run. Products can still be offered as collectibles until January 8, 2026. without owning a license and complying with the rules associated with the decree on psychomodulatory substances, but after this date, all products must already comply with the new legislation.

Some sellers claim that during this transition period it will not be possible to sell kratom at all and that it is practically a temporary ban. I am not a lawyer, but based on the text above and after reading the decrees and laws, I understand it that we will continue selling under the old regime until January 8, 2026. Please let me know if you know anything more or understand the legal gibberish better than Jarda from Brno, whose head is just spinning from it.

🔹 What new requirements do kratom products have to meet?

Only products that comply with can be placed on the market strict quality and safety requirements. Harmful substances or contaminants are prohibited., which could pose a risk to health (limited quantity). The decree also specifies limits for active substances a maximum concentration. Prior to placing on the market, the concentration will be tested in an accredited laboratory (currently only UCT).

It will be necessary to test individual batches and these will be small in volume compared to other similar products or abroad. Another factor that will have a huge impact on the final price. This plays into the hands of the aforementioned laboratory's sales on UCT led by Assoc. Prof. Ing. Martin Kuchař, Ph.D., who of course intensively participated in the creation of this regulation.

I respect Mr. Kuchař in terms of his expertise and his effort to research kratom and other substances. From a commercial standpoint, however, I have a lot of negative experiences with his laboratory. We often waited even several months for test results without proper communication, and to this day I am convinced that they tested incorrectly during one period.

Of course, in the end, it was all blamed on one of the employees. Honestly, though, the whole thing strikes me as shady. At least at the beginning, the regulation will create a monopoly for UCT Prague in testing kratom in the Czech Republic, and moreover, there are an awful lot of parameters, and they need to be tested in really large quantities given the volume. Decide for yourself if there is a connection there. 💲

🔹 Labeling and Packaging

The maximum packaging volume of kratom powder will be 50 grams, and it will not be possible to offer any discounts for purchasing multiple packages. There will simply be a uniform price per piece. So the market price will probably skyrocket, especially for current large-volume buyers. Not to mention the environmental impact, where instead of a one-kilogram vacuum-packed bag from Indonesia/Thailand, it will be broken down into 20 smaller bags. So when a client wants to buy 1000g, they will get twenty 50g bags. Environmental terrorism. 💥

Every legal kratom product will have to be clearly labeled and comply with all the rules of the decree. The packaging must not be appealing to children and must not imitate food or sweets.. All permitted forms are listed in the decree. The important thing, however, is that it must not appeal to children. It will also have to include these warnings:

⚠️ „Use of this product may be hazardous to your health. Please heed consumer information.“

🚫 „Not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Keep out of reach of persons under 18 years of age.“

Other rules include:

the packaging must be child-resistant,
if the product contains multiple doses, all of them must be of the same quality and strength,
solid products (e.g. tablets) must not have shapes or symbols, which could tempt improper use.

The text on the packaging must always in Czech, legible and indelible. There must be lots of other information on the packaging – you can find that in the decree, I won't list it all here. Information on packaging will have to be permanently printed, for example by laser, so no stickers – another impact on rising costs and prices. Tens of thousands of printed packaging boxes need to be ordered at once for it to even make financial sense!

Maximum recommended dosage:

🔹 What is no longer allowed?

The new rules strictly restrict, how kratom can be presented. Practically it is completely banned promotion outside the store and e-shop. Rules for brick-and-mortar stores like sex shops. It must not be visible from the street any product advertising – tinted windows, advertising ban on glass, etc. 18+ Only and in kratom stores and e-shops, there will be a ban on selling anything other than kratom, extracts from it, and some products closely related to it (such as scales and so on).

Absolute ban on the sale of anything else – including other herbs, CBD products, t-shirts, or simply absolutely anything else. I can imagine a situation where the pizzeria next to my shop sells synthetic THC analogues (HHC alternatives) or perhaps CBD oil and chamomile, while I, in a specialized 18+ store, am not allowed to sell any such thing. Is this normal? No, it really isn't. It is discrimination and a distortion of market conditions.

On the packaging, and of course neither in the shop nor in the licensed seller's e-shop, there must not be:

claim about healing, natural or energizing effects,
marketing campaigns such as „2 for 1“, „discount“, „free“,
elements attractive to adolescents, for example comic book characters or pop culture symbols,
any advertisement promoting use.

🔹 Manufacturer obligations

Manufacturers will have to comply good manufacturing practice guidelines. If any of the seller's obligations are neglected or violated, there is a risk not only of losing the license, but also of fines amounting to millions and, in the worst case, a prison sentence of several years. Especially if someone decides to handle kratom without a license and is caught selling it by the Police of the Czech Republic. By law, only a small amount of kratom for personal use is allowed to be held without a license. What the exact amount is, that is not specified. Just the small one. 🙃

Good manufacturing practice guidelines:

focus on hygiene and quality,
keep records of each batch, including the origin of the raw materials,
keep documentation for at least 5 years,
ensure safe waste storage and disposal,
customer age verification 18+ (via e-shop double check – ID check during ordering, for example via Citizen Identity, Bank ID, mojeID, or another application – high costs amounting to tens of thousands per year + ID check upon delivery – with Zásilkovna this costs 25 CZK excluding VAT -> all of this leads to increased costs and a higher final price),
sales allowed only in specialized stores and e-shops/apps, no vending machines, convenience stores, or other unethical distribution methods where age cannot be verified.

🔹 Licenses and Permits

The PML decree itself does not mention licenses – those fall under Act No. 167/1998 Coll., on Addictive Substances. But I couldn't find information about the license fee and other related information there either... This information can be found here, however:

Procedure for payment of the administrative fee by the applicant for a license to handle psychomodulatory substances

A license will be needed every business entity that handles kratom, manufactures products from it, distributes it, or sells it. Storage and transport are no exception. Until transport companies obtain a license, they will not be able to transport kratom. So it is quite possible that there will also be a problem with the transport of kratom within the Czech Republic, at least for B2B; for B2C it might be overlooked, I'm not sure about that due to the legal jargon.

Licensing fees should look like this. This is an annual fee paid for initiating the license issuance proceedings. Therefore, even if the license is not issued, the fee is non-refundable. The annual maintenance fee is always payable by January 31.

Manufacturing, import, distribution: CZK 200,000 (distribution = B2B)
Production facility: 200,000 CZK (bagging and extract production preparation – practically impossible to arrange for small business owners, the requirements for the production facility are so strict that they generate costs in the range of millions of CZK – hence the necessity to have it bagged elsewhere by the competition for a fee = higher price)
Sales per each establishment: CZK 20,000 (mandatory for every vendor)
Online sales for each application or website: CZK 200,000
Storage and transport: 20,000 CZK (if the entity does not have another of the above-mentioned permits)

Annual fee regarding import, production, and sales in the e-shop and store: 620,000 CZK

Of course, it is not necessary to pay all the individual fees. It is possible, for example, not to sell via an e-shop. However, there is always an obligation to have sales at a brick-and-mortar establishment. A business owner selling kratom cannot do without that.

🔹 Conclusion

Due to the high cost of licenses and sales conditions, I will have to reduce my business. I will have a company bag up my existing inventory and sell it. After selling off all the inventory I imported, I will try to source identical kratom from the competition (one supplier has multiple clients in the Czech Republic) and simply resell it already packaged.

I will probably remove the sale of kratom from the e-shop given all the conditions and costs and stick only to personal pickup in my small shop, so I will only pay 20,000 CZK per year. Unfortunately, I cannot afford more as a micro-entrepreneur who focuses primarily on quality and a personal approach and doesn't blindly chase volumes.

Even though I have been in business since 2019 and I was the very first in Brno to start selling CBD products and kratom in a specialized store, I never pushed myself anywhere. I didn't do it primarily for the money, but I wanted to help people and offer them alternative options for recreation... and above all, for self-medication.

This regulation, however, strongly favors those who considered kratom merely a means to make money and reeled in clients and cash by all possible means, predominantly through unethical and immoral activities. Ads via influencers targeted at the younger population, appealing marketing, and so on—we all know it well. We who did it ethically, fought for the people, for the kratom users... well, now we are supposed to hang our heads and quit. And that is how it works in Western-world capitalism. Spineless snakes win, and good people suffer.

official mandatory regulation for everyone from Jan 9, 2026, until then probably a gray market
according to some sellers, there is a practically temporary ban starting from November 8, 2025 – is this not substantiated?!
sale of max. 50g (powder) of pre-printed pouches without the possibility of volume discounts
only natural powder form and extracts allowed – no sweets, foods, etc.
limited content of contaminants, but also of active substances
mandatory testing small batches for large quantities of substances – very expensive
the need to homogenize each batch – a large mixer is required
very strict production rules – investment of x million CZK, impossible for smaller sellers
ban on sales and any promotion outside a specialized e-shop and brick-and-mortar store
dual age verification from ID card when purchasing via e-shop (again high costs and impact on the price), in-person ID check at a brick-and-mortar store (18+ entry only)
intensive sales records and control of every gram with a 5-year storage period
620 thousand CZK annual fee for a full-fledged kratom vendor (import, manufacturing, sales in a brick-and-mortar store and additionally also in an e-shop)
millions in fines and imprisonment for violating the law and decree
An unlicensed person can legally possess only a small amount of kratom for personal use.
driving ban under the influence + performance of various professions
Absolute ban on the export of kratom from the Czech Republic!
all the mentioned factors will probably have impact on the large price increase on the market
Due to licensing fees and online sales costs, I will probably sell kratom only in the brick-and-mortar store in Brno starting January 9, 2026, and I will cancel online sales. 😢

Other rules include:

the packaging must be child-resistant,
if the product contains multiple doses, all of them must be of the same quality and strength,
solid products (e.g. tablets) must not have shapes or symbols, which could tempt improper use.

Maximum recommended dosage:

On the packaging, and of course neither in the shop nor in the licensed seller's e-shop, there must not be:

claim about healing, natural or energizing effects,
marketing campaigns such as „2 for 1“, „discount“, „free“,
elements attractive to adolescents, for example comic book characters or pop culture symbols,
any advertisement promoting use.

🔹 Manufacturer obligations

Good manufacturing practice guidelines:

focus on hygiene and quality,
keep records of each batch, including the origin of the raw materials,
keep documentation for at least 5 years,
ensure safe waste storage and disposal,
customer age verification 18+ (via e-shop double check – ID check during ordering, for example via Citizen Identity, Bank ID, mojeID, or another application – high costs amounting to tens of thousands per year + ID check upon delivery – with Zásilkovna this costs 25 CZK excluding VAT -> all of this leads to increased costs and a higher final price),
sales allowed only in specialized stores and e-shops/apps, no vending machines, convenience stores, or other unethical distribution methods where age cannot be verified.

🔹 Licenses and Permits

Procedure for payment of the administrative fee by the applicant for a license to handle psychomodulatory substances

Manufacturing, import, distribution: CZK 200,000 (distribution = B2B)
Production facility: 200,000 CZK (bagging and extract production preparation – practically impossible to arrange for small business owners, the requirements for the production facility are so strict that they generate costs in the range of millions of CZK – hence the necessity to have it bagged elsewhere by the competition for a fee = higher price)
Sales per each establishment: CZK 20,000 (mandatory for every vendor)
Online sales for each application or website: CZK 200,000
Storage and transport: 20,000 CZK (if the entity does not have another of the above-mentioned permits)

Annual fee regarding import, production, and sales in the e-shop and store: 620,000 CZK
