History of the little shop
Clement's Store (brick-and-mortar shop in Brno) was officially opened on 01. 08. 2019. As for the idea and implementation itself, it started already on 20. 04. 2019. The original idea of selling various pottery and herbs has been in our family for a long time. But there was no capital or motivation to start. The biggest incentive for us was discovering the existence of cannabis with high CBD and legal THC content. But we have been personally interested in kratom and cannabis since 2014.
In 2025, kratom was strictly regulated in the Czech Republic. Unfortunately, we had to stop online sales on the Czech e-shop due to the crazy strict rules. However, we still sell kratom in person at PML's specialised shop in Brno (Kamenná 1). In addition, we have decided to open a partner e-shop in Austria, which does not ship kratom to the Czech Republic, but can deliver it to any other EU country where kratom is legal (Austria, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, etc.).
At the beginning of this project we (primarily me, Jarda, and my mother, Irena) said that we would help people in a natural way and at the same time we would have it as a hobby and a living. We started with home growing CBD hemp flowers and gradually added other products. My mom did the growing and I did the distribution. Apart from cannabis, we have always been fascinated by other natural substances such as kratom. I have been using kratom recreationally for several years. But 2020 was a turning point. I took all pharmaceutical medication off and replaced it with kratom. Because of this experience, we decided to sell kratom in addition to CBD and other products.
So if you live in Austria or it's not far to the borders of one of the mentioned countries, you can go to a foreign locker or pickup point for cheap, unregulated kratom. What you do with the package next is entirely up to you. We hope you will enjoy our products. We are happy to provide consultations electronically as well as in person in Brno or Vienna. 🙂
Please do not ask us for products that are outside the law. We do not offer anything like that! With us, you can always only buy products that are legal in the country of distribution (mostly for collection purposes). E-SHOP.

An e-shop focused on selling kratom to countries where kratom is legal and unregulated. You can have shipments sent within Austria and Germany through the e-shop, but we are also able to manually ship to other countries by arrangement. We are based in Vienna, Austria, where personal pickup is also possible by prior appointment.
We do not ship kratom to the Czech or Slovak Republics due to legal regulations. However, it is certainly possible to order a shipment to a pick-up point in Austria/Germany/Hungary and collect the package there. Subsequent handling of kratom is your responsibility, and our store is not liable for further actions.
Transport to Slovakia is, of course, illegal (as is transport to any other country where kratom is on the list of prohibited substances), so be aware of that. Transporting kratom in smaller quantities for personal consumption should be permitted into the Czech Republic, but I recommend finding out the current legislation from your lawyer, or inquiring with government authorities. Importing larger quantities for commercial purposes naturally requires a PML license and fulfillment of all obligations.

The original online store was founded in 2019, where we primarily sold kratom until the regulation of kratom in the Czech Republic (November 2025). At the time of writing this article (January 2026), the online sale of kratom is banned due to the inability of lawmakers to reconcile the law on psychomodulatory substances (regulation) with the GDPR law.
We are currently focusing primarily on CBD cannabis products, herbs, incense sticks, t-shirts, smoking accessories, and much more. We don't even have everything on our e-shop, so feel free to write to us if you are looking for something that you don't see offered on the website and would be interested in.
Brick-and-mortar store (Kamenná 1, Brno) – a category unto itself. Due to new regulations, we were forced to specialize the store purely in the sale of PML (psychomodulatory substances = currently only kratom). The new law prohibits the sale of any other goods besides kratom.
So, to sum it up. You can buy CBD and other products on the Czech e-shop. Kratom can only be bought in the Czech Republic in our specialized physical store at Kamenná 1 in Brno.
