Austria + Germany: We are currently only sending shipments via GLS-ONE to pickup points.
We currently do not have a contract with GLS, so we do not have automatic integration and orders are created manually.
For the delivery address in the order, normally write the pickup point address.

- We only ship items after the full price of the order has been paid. Thank you for your understanding.
- The variable symbol is not required if the name on the order matches the name of the bank account holder. 🙂
- CARDS: the payment gateway and terminal are not available for kratom and CBD vendors as they are on the Visa and Mastercard blacklist - no card transaction facilitator is willing to provide us with this option, sorry, nothing can be done about it. 🙁
QR code for payment
- The QR code is generated based on the billing address. SEPA payments (EUR) generate one kind of QR code, CZK payments generate another kind. Through this distinction, you need to select not only the correct currency, but also the correct billing address for CZK.
- For payments in CZK, please enter the billing address in the Czech Republic so that the QR code is readable by the Czech bank.
- Don't forget to set the correct delivery address in Austria/Germany.
- Even if the QR code is illegible, payment details will always be available for manual bank transfer.
